DAY TO DAY:

 Execution of IT Plan & Delivery (around 40 – 50%)

Plan and implement local IT projects within approved budget and with understanding of user requirement and developer capability to improve business and operation efficiency. Align with Region team and Corp IT to support local & global projects to achieve the overall IT strategy. Guide/gather and translate business requirements into system solutions and services. Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to delivery through entire project lifecycle to realize project objectives and benefits. Transfer the projects to support team by conducting post live support and hand-over.

Support and execute back & front office system issues & incident resolution. Manage and facilitate testing and signoff of changes. Support and deliver local training. Maintain local IT procedures (e.g. manuals). Ensure global and local IT compliance including but not limited to information security/protection and IT system/user ID access control.

Manage small local IT changes and supplement main system with local system/module to better meet the local requirements to the extent that key group system is maintained. Maintain local IT contingency plan. Manage and act as the key contact point for local external IT-parties (local providers) for both application and infrastructure.

 Data Management / Processing and Programming (around 40%)

Manage DB and its information to extract/process the data readily available for various reporting with a good understanding of computer languages including SQL and ODBC. Respond quickly to technical requirements from various agencies (Credit Information Bureau, Clearing House, Financial Supervisory Services, National Assembly, Korea Federation of Banks, Korea Credit Information Services, etc.). Create or modify excel / access based programs linked to main FO and BO system using various computer languages to meet timely reporting requirements.

ESSENTIALS:

 A Bachelor’s degree in IT related field 

 Proficiency in English communication that allows smooth communication with Group/Region IT 

 Good understanding of project management, network, hardware, OS and other MS products 

 Programing skill and good understanding of database, ability to make SQL query to develop & enhance internal reports

 At least 3 years relevant work experience in IT, experience in leasing or banking or other financial sector is a plus 

 Good team work & communication skills and spirit are must
