l  포지션: Customer Team Director   

n  - Acquisition of customer orders based on the acquisition list and development of new market potential

n  - Planning, steering and monitoring of objective achievement in current customer projects

n  - Reporting on significant customer and / or project developments

n  - Sales/turnover planning for the assigned customers and alignment with EA and BU

n  - Identification of local market requirements, specification of the required product strategy and synchronization with the business unit

n  - Implementation of the product strategy

n  - Establishment and maintenance of long term, trusting relationships with the relevant customer contacts

n  - Harmonization of customer specific product roadmaps with the business units

n  - Organization of work on all series topics (for example: change management, complaints handling, price negotiations)

n  - Continuous measures to improve profitability

n  - Continuous development and qualification of employees in own area of responsibility (sales, Project management and project engineers)

n  - Suggesting employees for the project manager career or higher PM career levels

n  Successful product development / application in accordance with internal and customer requirements (cost, quality, timing)

n  Clear agreements with customers / suppliers regarding timing, specifications, functionality

l  Requirements

n  - 경력: 15년 이상(자동차)

n  - English - Fluent / Germany - Advantageous 

n  - Comprehensive knowledge about project management in automotive environment

n  - Good negotiation skills

n  - Comprehensive knowledge about contract, relevant requirements

n  - Comprehensive knowledge in internal processes and products
