l  Position: Project Manager / Seat

n  Guide project development accordance with Brose policies and procedures, as described in Brose´s PDP and PMP-Manual

n  Effective team management of a cross-functional project team, providing leadership for team member synergy, and minimization of functional conflict. Interfaces with peer managers, and central functions.

n  Maintains project reporting and tracking through system, including project requests, change requests and project closure requests. May require attendance at Headquarters to present projects to executives. Sets corrective actions and provides project leadership

n  Coordinate Brose manufacturing, responsible for project launch, including ensuring launch readiness and that proper launch support has been defined and coordination of activities to close the launch, coordinating hand-over activities

n  Support strategy task of market analyses, customer strategy and promotion approach

 

l  자격요건

n  Above Bachelor / Engineering major is a must

n  Min 5 years project management experience in Automotive Seat Industry / 메카트로닉 파트 PM 경력

n  General project management skills, including planning, tracking, scope / change management.

n  Knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods

n  Soft skills; people skills / emotional intelligence, written and verbal communication,

n  Cross-cultural competences and open minded

n  Team management and leadership, problem solving, decision making and assertiveness.

n  Projecting reporting and investment planning
