    <Job Description>

    • Gather monthly customer forecast information from Sales Organisation and analyse forecast versus actual; and, against prior forecast. 
    • Report forecast variances and accuracy to Sales Leadership and Supply Chain Inventory/ Management
    • Align inventory plan to forecast and sales plan on a monthly Sales & Operations Planning review
    • Generate replenishment plan on MRP and systems reports to validate requisition and place replenishment order to distribution center/s and or suppliers
    • Monitor all inventory status in warehouse or in-transit for timely arrivals, escalate potential supply risks and gaps
    • Draft supply chain processes, capturing lead time and documenting procedures for implementation e.g. SOP or work instructions for end-to-end processes and with 3PL Provider
    • Conduct detailed analysis of inventory status, report and monitor Months of Supply (MOS) coverage for the Business Unit
    • Liaise with 3rd Party Logistics/warehousing (3PL) Provider and experienced in handling inbound and outbound processes supporting product distribution. 
    • Supervise 3PL Provider day-to-day activities. Monitor and report performance in order fulfilment to customers and inventory accuracy
    • Maintain filing of shipping documents both inbound and outbound for processing
    • Customer order management and generate sales order in systems for warehouse processing and downstream distribution to customers/distributors, including urgent orders processing
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery completion with customers, managing 3PL Provider and transportation services

    <Job Requirements>
    • University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management with 5-6 years experience handling 
    • Good written and oral communication in Korean and English, including presentation and negotiation skills
    • Proven supply chain management experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry, especially handling or being team member in starting up supply chain 
    • Advanced user in MS Excel – vlookup, pivot table, macros etc. Experience in other reporting software e.g. Tableau, data analytics in data modeling and capturing & analysis
    • Able to work with minimal supervision. Self-motivated team player and adaptable
    • Experienced in managing 3PL Provider warehouse, customer order management, KPI performance capturing etc. preferred 
    • Familiar with import processes, with relevant knowledge and understanding to align with customs and regulatory requirements in Korea
