<Job Description>

1. Brand &Category Strategy

  - Develops strategies and plans that are designed to build brand health & grow

  - Unlocks growth pathways with local marketing plans that align with global brand positioning using local  

    insights and analysis of market, competition, consumer/trade

  - Translate brand strategy into retail strategy  to drive growth across channels

  - Uses appropriate metrics to measure performance of brand health and category performance to develop 

    winning category strategies

2. Consumer Journeys & Communication

  - Drives performance across Awareness, Consideration, Purchase & Loyalty funnel

  - Manage the local media agency to meet  marketing objectives

  - Converts local and global insight into winning consumer  journeys & experiences

3. Commercial Expertise

  - Partners with finance, supply chain and legal to ensure effective commercialization of all activities

  - Proactively drives revenue growth management through / marketing mix, pricing an ROI mindset on all 

    investments

  - Partners with commercial colleagues to lead critical commercial processes and planning

  - Responsible for management of total marketing Advertising & Promotion

4. Leadership & Transformation

  - Integrates the plans of the commercial functions to drive growth particularly Digital Commerce activities

  - Plays an integral role in the leadership team of company, managing the marketing function  and providing 

    input into all important operational and strategic decisions

  - Lead transformation activities that contribute to greater Personalization  and Disitization 

<Job Requirements>

Basic qualification

-Bachelor's dgree in business or marketing

-Digital and eCommerce experience is essential

-More than 7 years of experiences in marketing, sales, or other business dicipline

Preferred qualification

 - MBA

 - Experience in the Pet food, Consumer goods or healthcare industry
