    Job Description

    • Management for customs duty benefits based on Korea-EU and Korea-US FTA
    • Communication with Customs Office for smooth customs clearance procedure
    • Manages key supply chains operations activities and continuous improvement of the processes
    • Correspond with overseas manufacturer and functions to manage order, supply and trade issues such as packaging, shipping and origin
    • Manage proper level of inventory for customer demand and also ensure to meet the inventory KPI
    • Monitor freight and oversee contractor’s service to business requirements
    • Supporting the global projects from SCM side
    • APO, supply chain agreement including material masters such as MOQ and GR time set-up and HVP management for all pharmaceutical products and medical devices
    • APO Forecast entry and the forecast accuracy management in DP
    • S&OP meeting with sales and marketing team and maintaining the inventory level
    • Communication with region supply chain team and production units to handle the issue related supply chain and customer service
    • Forecast product requirements and implement strategies on goods replenishment
    • Credit note handling for short-shipped, damaged goods and debit note handling for over-shipped and extra charge with PU and entry in SAP
    • Management the customs clearance process and communicate with customs office and forwarders in order to solve the troubles
    • Management warehouse activities and all issued related logistics
    • Management for inventory based on SOS and shelf-life

     

    Job Requirements

    • University graduate with degree in the area of trade or business
    • Minimum 10 years of experience with intensive working experience in supply chain management & demand planning
    • Deep knowledge and experience on customs tariff law and trading law and various regulation on health care industry
    • Good analytic, quantitative and reporting skills
    • Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment.
    • Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach to business.
    • Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties.
    • Language – Korean mother tongue and good business English
    • Good communication & business relational management with ability to work in team under pressure
    • Technical competency – SAP(APO) and MS applications
