본문Customer Support & Retail AS Business Development Manager Job Description -Plan and steer customer support target of contribution margin for parts, accessories, G&G -Define customer support strategy and measures to achieve target -Steer customer satisfaction target -Dealer network planning and development -Analysis dealer performance and financial data to derive insight which can inform all decision making to steer retail busines. -Dealer KPI dashboard development / improvement together with related department. -Retail Standard development and audit. -Dealer contract management (preparation of new contract, update of contract) -Target agreement witj dealers in conjunction with area managers. -Development of dealer bonus system in cooperation with relevant NSC functions based on central guidelines. 관련 경력 10년 이상 영어 능통자 AS Network Development 경력 Automotive 산업 이력 |
