Data Analyst 

- Customer and various data(chatbot, mobile app, CTI, contract information) analysis and derive insights 고객 및 다양한 데이터(챗봇, 모바일앱, CTI, 계약정보) 분석 및 인사이트 도출

- Lead the team KPIs development to properly monitor team operation processes 운영 프로세스의 적절한 모니터링을 위한 팀 KPI 개발을 주도

- Actively involvement in data warehouse related things in terms of data refining and processing 데이터 정제 및 처리 측면에서 데이터 웨어하우스 관련 업무에 적극 참여

- Monitoring and improvement for work processes based on analytic results 분석결과를 바탕으로 업무프로세스 모니터링 및 개선

- Support other functions in the team with regard to digitalization and process automation 팀 내 디지털화 및 프로세스 자동화 관련 기능을 지원

l  Qualification

- Education: Bachelor’s degree 학사 학위

- Career: Prefer over 3 years of working experience of analytics 3년 이상의 분석 업무 경험 선호

- Other:

• Required strategic, analytical and creative working approach 전략적, 분석적, 창의적 업무 접근 방식 필요

• Proactive attitude and communication skill to effectively collaborate with relevant departments 유관부서와 효과적으로 협업 할 수 있는 적극적인 자세와 커뮤니케이션 스킬 보유

• Having language skills of English 영어 어학 능력 보유

• Data analytics tool users are preferred and experience in SAS, Tableau 데이터 분석 도구를 사용한 경험이 있으며, SAS, Tableau에 익숙함

• Being familiar with various database type( Oracle, MSSQL, etc)’s SQL query are preferred 다양한 데이터베이스 유형(Oracle, MSSQL 등)의 SQL 쿼리에 익숙함
