    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    1. Compensation & Benefits

     

    •Work with regional pay service team to ensure smooth monthly payroll process.

    •Manage all benefit programs for TR Korea.

      Manage and revisit HR policies and procedures such as rules of employment, or the alignment of

        C&B policies with Korea AFF and regional or global guidelines.

     Collaborate closely with the retail HR team, to consult and advise the Sales and Education  

       Executives regarding POS HR issues related to payroll, benefits, and time / attendance with

       professional knowledge and manners.

     Work with HR team members to maintain accurate employee records to provide strong HR analytics   

       and reporting.

     

    2. Learning and Development

     

    •Work with regional team to deploy regional L&D program in local level if needed.

    •Deliver key training needs for employees for TR Korea with working closely with regional team and

       AFF HR team.

     

    3. HR system management

     

    •Manage the workflow of the Intranet, global and local HR systems to ensure work efficiency and  

     

     

       data reliability.

    •Contribute to regional and global HR projects while ensuring consistent data management.

    •Follow up with the local HR process to verify the alignment with global HR system guidelines.

     

    4. Recruiting and Staffing

     

    •Support HR manager on recruitment activities for TR Korea.

    •Ensure that on/off-boarding process is properly done.

     

     

    5. Others

    • Provide operational support to the HR Director and HR Managers.

    • Coordinate HR projects (including meetings, trainings, surveys, townhalls, workshops etc.) and

      record minutes.

    • Manage employee requests of HR related issues.

    • Purchase Order handling.

     

     

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    Qualification

     

    -       BA degree or equivalent/above

    -       Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

    -       Strong interpersonal skills

    -       Effective communication skills

    -       Good problem-solving skills

    -       Fluent in English

    -       Ability to effectively analyze and interpret information.

    -       Good organizational skills

    -       Ability to follow directions.
