Job Description- Implement sales and marketing strategy for the Respiratory division
- Develop programs to drive sales through the distributor network
- Ensure market access requirements are met and product is included on regional tenders
- Present product management and promotional activities to the local market
- Conduct sales and marketing training to a variety of audience: distributors, end-users or fellow coworkers
- Partner with the global division members and local management on new product launches
- Help with the determination of distributor strategy to optimize profits, drive synergies and help support growth
- Provide the supply chain team accurate forecast for demand planning
- Attend or host events with key opinion leaders
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to introduce new products to market, including planning and execution of launches and campaigns
Job Requirements- Bachelor/Masters’ Degree in Business.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial healthcare environment, with must-have experience in the Market Access process.
- Experience in marketing/selling of consumable products used in the ICU, particularly respiratory and Anesthesia is highly advantageous
- Clinical experience / understanding would be advantageous
- Strong strategic business acumen: Ability to get the big picture fast and implement the necessary to reach goals
- Ability to work in a fast moving and start-up environment, with a very high entrepreneurial and problem solving spirit
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads and deliver on critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and Excel is a must
