    Main Responsibilities

    Manage the main plant activities
    • Coordinating the plant costs control, productivity, losses, level of stocks of raw materials and manufactured products.
    • Coordinating the relations among the departments.
    • Develop and document business plan to maintain and strengthen plant profitability
    • Managing investment activities and provide strategies that the plant should take
    • Coordinating budgeting activities, monitoring, analysing and improving variances from the budget
    • Improving systems and procedures of the plant
    • Collecting financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations 

    Health & Safety and Environment
    • Carry out health & safety conditions of the plant
    • Managing the H&S committee.
    • Ensure that the plant personnel comply with the procedures and protocols established in matters of Safety and Health and the Environment Quality policy
    • Plant QRQC Management Team Management
    • Build a team aligned with the company's goals
    • Collaborate by identifying the talent of the members of their team
    • Detect and promote the training needs of their team
    • Follow& supportto improve teamperformance


    Skills and Experience

    • Engineering/MBA.
    • Knowledge in Production management, Engineering, human resources, ISO standards, finance, environment, health and safety,
    • English.
    • Computing at the user level.
    • 5 years of experience in a similar job position, preferable in automotive industry.
    • Normal training period: 3 months
