    • 고객만족 개선

    • ASIST, THD, SF 등 서비스 관련 도구  소프트웨어 라이선스 관리

    • PIP 관리 및 한국/본사 내부 이해관계자에 보고

     1:1 교육  정기적인 딜러 방문을 통해 이베코 서비스 딜러에 대한 4P 개선

    • 서비스 프로덕트 서포트팀현장 기술자  기술 트레이너 관리

    • 서비스와 관련된 주요 문제  일반 업데이트에 대해 본사와 커뮤니케이션

    • 정부 관련 현안 리스크 관리 (서비스 캠페인의무지시사항 등)

    • A/S 관련 행사 진행 딜러컨퍼런스( 2), 서비스캠페인( 2), 현지 CS캠페인

    • 필요시 지방 및 해외 출장

    • Improve result of Customer Satisfaction Results aligned with network development for service dealers

    • Governance on ASIST, THD, SF, other service relevant tools and software license for Korea market

    • Manage PIP in targeting, execution and report to internal stakeholders both in Korea and Torino

    • Hold responsibility to improve 4P on IVECO service dealers through 1:1 training and regular dealer visits

    • Lead service team, product support manager, field technicians and technical trainer

    • Communicate with central team for top issues and general updates relevant to service

    • Manage risk management on government related issues (service campaign, mandatory orders if required)

    • Manage aftersales associated events such as regular dealer conference (two times per year), service campaign (two times per year) and CS campaigns in local 
    • Willing to travel to local and overseas aligned with Torino in order to achieve agreed goals 


    자격요건

    - 유관경력 8년 이상 

    - 자동차업계 경력

    - 영어 능통자 

    Microsoft skills

    ·         Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Products, Dealer Operation Process (DOS), people management and communication skills (leadership)

    ·         Technical understanding on Commercial Vehicles, Industrial Vehicles or Automotive products is highly recommended

    ·         Good customer service skills (customer relation management) with high level of CS competency

    ·         Good Language skills – English and Korean essential
