Job Description: 

-Develop a strategy together with AG counterpart to response to the local authorities and product issues, and manage all inquiries from authorities
- Develop the process to proactively follow up regular report for authorities, especially Technical Campaign topic through IT system
- Develop solutions for the continuous improvement of the relevant processes (if necessary through digitalization) and implement them in a structured manner.
- Submit legally required documents on Recall, TC and Foreign recall with planning the schedule of implementation and any requested topics in a timely manners without any legal violation
- Respond to authority’s inquiry occurring from the information which reported by above process.
- Collect all necessary data for recall report, such as technical information, part availability, capacity of service center and special tool, and develop completion ratio
