Ensure parts sales and profit objectives are met by consistently achieving market penetration goals through active identification and follow up of customers and market opportunities.
Deliver the territory parts business plan to ensure achievement of budget and to identify and exploit all new parts business growth opportunities with Importers.
Ensure dealers are aware of available promotions and place orders in line with objectives
Visit network on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved.
Monitor territory parts sales performance and provide forecast updates on a timely basis.
Monitor and collect relevant market intelligence on competitors and market trends
Collaborate with the Parts operation team to monitor the availability of designated parts
Sustain dealer inventory to be optimized to provide maximum levels of customer order fill and satisfaction.
Assist dealers/ point of sales in resolution of parts shipment and supply problems.
To update and train dealers and Point of sale on parts related IT tools and systems.

Higher education in Mechanical or Business or Marketing Management.
Minimum of Three year experience in parts or service business.
Excellent customer service and business relationship skills required.
Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills required.
Computer literacy (Microsoft outlook and office).
Must be a self starter and able to work independently and on own initiative.
Must be highly motivated and results oriented to achieve established objectives.
Must be Internationally minded with a certain degree of flexibility and cultural sensitivity.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and parts and service dealers.
Need to be interested in automobile aftersales business
