Manage recruitment process
- Responsible for the recruitment on all positions
- Assist hiring managers in the scoping of roles of recruitment
- Assist hiring managers in the identification of options/channels of
recruitment
- Raise internal Job posting and place external recruitment advertisement.(LinkedIn,
job portals, agencies etc.)
- Screen applications and arrange interview appointments for suitable
candidates as request
- Responsible
for coordinating or making job offers as per request of HR Manager
- Maintain
the personal files according to policy and update into the HRIS system

Manage training &
development
- Lead training needs analysis process to establish the learning and
development needs of the company (IDP)
- Lead the development of departmental training matrices and the
formulation of total company training plans
- Plan and schedule company training/ learning activities including
mandatory trainings in the approved training plans, including all necessary
approval and communication course registration, payment and training grants via
HRD platform or tools
- Coordinate HO & local training assignments for staff
- Lead the evaluation of training effectiveness, including evaluation
analysis and reports
- Lead the updating of information in the Learning Management System

Lead the
generation of all required training analysis and reports (e.g. training
places, training hours, training expenditure & training budget, etc) according
to internal policy

Facilitate new comers
orientation program
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training processes

Manage organization &
talent development

Work with HR Manager
to develop the career paths for key and specific positions

Coordinate change
management program and initiatives
- Coordinate the APR(annual performance review)/AO(annual objectives)
process in the organization with Managers
- Assist and Coordinate the engagement survey and f/u action if required
- Build a robust talent management system and succession plan if required
- Network, research and recommend best practice approaches to talent
development to continually re-energize our approach
