본문FUNCTION - He/She ensures sales development within the Plant. He/she is responsible for; offer preparation, submission, follow up which will be resulting in new valuable business for the plant. - He/She follows critical milestones of projects and provide modification offers during entire project timing. - He/She manages customer relationships as well as commercial issues with the support of Regional Sales Director. - He/She manages sales team member reporting to him/her and evaluates their performances. SKILLS REQUIRED - Education Level : University graduated and/or professional experience - Branch : Mechanical/Industrial/Material/Automotive/Mechatronics KNOWLEDGE - Basic knowledge in the local escalations & accounting business - Basic knowledge in the areas of project management and financial terms - Fluency in English - Customer knowledges specially for Hyundai,Kia,RKM KNOW-HOW - Well usage of office programs - Good at human relationship & negotiation skills - Ability to work in transverse mode with other plant department managers PERSONAL ALTITUDE - Good communication skills - Leadership - Ability to work with a team together toward a common vision - Customer oriented, - Knows strategic planning and problem solving methods - Has visional point of view, continues improvement and manage the change HIERARCHICAL LINKS - Reports to the Sales VP - In case of his/her absence, is replaced by the Sales & Engineering& Program Manager AUTHORITIES - Functionals : Manage Customer Accounts - Hierarchical : Manage Sales Engineers within the Plant |
