본문HR Manager * Main Responsibilities 1. Strategic Management - proactive planning for the future by meeting the continuous short-term and long-term objectives of the organization 2. Workforce Planning and Employment – manage recruitment and selection, orientation and the exit process 3. Human Resource Development - training & development to ensure that employees are equipped to achieve desired departmental and company goals and objectives 4. Total Rewards - compensation & benefits to promote and offer an attractive rewards package to attract retain top talent 5. Policy Formulation – ensure that new hires and current employees abreast of the policies and procedures which include but are not limited to the employee handbook, code of conduct and ethics and performance appraisals guidelines 6. Employee and Labor Relations - ensure the alignment of the employees’ needs and rights with the needs of the organization 7. Risk Management – detect risks that could pose a possible threat to the company and ensure overall health and safety in the work place * Skills and Experience 1. Human Resource Management Degree and minimum of 7 years of experience 2. Proficient in MS Office, Advanced specifically Excel and Power Point 3. Proficient in English * Competencies 1. Critical Thinking Skills 2. An Ethical Approach to Human Resources and business 3. Social relations skills 4. People management skills 5. Cross-functional communication skills 6. Organizational Skills 7. Capacity to work with diverse teams |
