Develop sales strategy and executing action plans for it in retail channel cooperating with other function
Support Sales Director to develop high-level and long- term strategies for sustainable and profitable growth
Identify opportunity and risk by timely collecting analyszing data & competitor’s activities to make creative solutions to realize opportunities based on retail channels career and insight
Increase accuracy of sales forecast to minimize risk of out of stock and manage trade spending rate cooperating with other functions in each retail channel
Lead to develop a high-performance team and high-capability members to achieve goals by coaching them in terms of the way of working and mindset
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customers’ needs by developing strategic partnerships with customers
Job Requirements
BA degree and prefer MBA degree
More than 10 Years of sales experience in FMCG in diverse retail channels(necessary sales experience in H&B and/or e-commerce)
Sales team management and proven track record are preferred
