    Job Description

    1. Define and implement a credit strategy including internal credit policy to ensure optimal business succes.
    2. Obtain optimized collateral level to meet company guideline
    3. Set Credit limit & payment term by individual accounts in line with company credit policy.
    4. Manage the optimized DSO level  by interal guideline.
    5. Set monthly bad allowances alied with company finance policy and  credit policy.
    6. Control overdue and bankrapcy to minimize company's credit risk & improve cash flow.
    7. Collaborate with all necessary functions to optimallyhandle issues such as changes in market and industry area.
    8. Process legal procedure on deliquent acounts and bankrapcy case with consulting from legal advisory.
    9. Regular credit reporting
    10. Treasury function: AR collection management and payment settlement
    11. Bank contact and communication

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's or above in Accounting, Business law, Finance or related subjects
    • Minimum 5 years' experience accounting and treasury role
    • Good understanding  and experience in ERP system (SAP)
    • Basic finance and treasury knowledge
    • Good working attitude and smooth communication skills with business partner.
    • Team player: experienced in cross functional collaboration and leadership
