    Qualifications and Requirements 

     

       Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry.

       Possess good understanding of clinical marketing and go-to-market model for medical devices in the local market

       Strong commercial focus, able to adapt global strategies to local market needs, operationalize and drive results.

       Independent, resourceful, able to influence and work collaboratively in a matrix organization.

       Digital marketing experience will be advantageous.

       Hands-on, attention on details, ability to multi-task

       Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

       Education/Location:

       Degree, preferably Masters, in Marketing or Business-related disciplines

       Location: Seoul, Korea

     


    1.    Deliver Growth

    -        Actively contribute to the achievement of sales and marketing plans for the market and deliver on the business objectives and financial goals for the assigned portfolio.

     

    2.    Marketing Planning and Program Activation

    4.    Demand Generation

    -        Drive demand generation at the local layer. Define local integrated tactics, execute end-customer communication in alignment with campaign objectives and track outcomes.

    -        Enhance sales partnership and engagement. Deliver programs, sales aids and contents to field sales team, and work in close alignment with them to engage customers.

     

    5.    Channel Marketing

    -        Develop and implement channel marketing programs, promotions, content syndication, working hand-in-hand with country channel managers.

    -        Assess capabilities of channel partners to develop eCommerce strategy, where needed

     

    6.    Product Management

    -        Local material owner responsible for managing product life cycle (phase in/out), in-country product inventory and demand forecasting.  Provide input into the IBP process.

    -        Price and margin management, in accordance with the global pricing corridor guidance, price-value positioning and market conditions.
