본문상용차 Company Monitoring Service Partner's KPI and implementing measures - Calculate and Analysis Service Partners Parts KPI - Suggest the solution and action plan for the improvement of service partners separeparts revenue and profits - Monitoring and tracking of Service Partners action plan Market research, analysis - Monitoring market trends in the Retail parts business and what competitors are doing within an assigned region - Calculate car-park, active customer and customer retention rate the market - Share automobile market trend & core competitors’ movement Service partners Steering and Management - Service partner's regularly visit and review the overall status -> Review the service partners overall status and Check the progress status for action plan -> Report the service partner's visit result - Push Service partners to achieve target -> To ensure targets for each service partners within an assigned area are achieved - Prepare service partners P&L report and communicate about outlook of the workshop’s business - Set the service partners own Parts Business Plan and Support to increase the parts business with their own plan - Support to increase parts sales to existing and new customers - Develop and increase parts sales and market penetration through the use of all parts business tools (Campaign & Promotions) & Products (MAN Genuine parts, ecoline, Genuine Accessories) - Assessment of service partners standard - Monitoring operation process and coaching service partners staffs -> Coach and training, update the new launching parts promotions and New process, system - Analysis the service partners inventory status and advice dealers on it (=Parts Top 200) - Marketing Activity Discussion (Service partner's Own) - Communication between the company and service partners -> Respond in a prompt for customer and service partners request and complaint Set the target and achievement - KPIs (target per internal Targets) - KPIs (target per Service Partners) - CS management |
