This role leads to ensure FSQ compliance for 1 factory and Franchised Shops.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure FSQ compliance to Company standard as well as regulatory requirement by collaborating with production team.
Lead to sustain HACCP implemented documentation and trainings, and prepare to evolve to the advanced ISO-22000.
Support R&D role with quality-by-design approach, including material specification & supplier review, product label development, shelf-life & delivery test based on risk assessment.
Monitor and drive to improve FSQ KPI's (e.g. consumer complaint, issue or incident management, supplier performance).
Ensure Shop FSQ compliance to Company standard as well as regulatory requirement by collaborating with Shop operation team.
Support menu development with quality-by-design approach, including material specification & supplier review, based on risk assessment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Food Technology /Quality Control or Microbiology from recognized institute
At least 5 years experience with reputed food / pharmaceutical industries in Quality Control / Regulation and / or Production
Knowledge and experience on Food Safety and Quality management system, and good understanding on FSQ related Statutory or Regulatory requirement and context in Korea
English communication in both written and spoken way
