Build full-year business plan and be responsible for P&L by working closely with ecommerce manager.
Work collaboratively with the support team across brand, marketing, orders, and customer care, planning and logistics to ensure your customer needs
New channel development such as Live-commerce T-commerce and B2B
Main Responsibilities:

e-Retailing operation - Manage the whole of process to operate deals and promotions - Responsible for sales and logistic by vendors - Support finance closing and review - Build trust and foster a relationship with cross-functions

New channel / Activity development - Orchestrate live-commerce in all platforms (Mainly Naver & KAKAO) - Find sales opportunity in B2B channel for selling HD cake/dessert Skus - Develop & find the new way of sales in new channel
20%
Responsible for all forecasting and planning - Managing and executing the day to day eCommerce operations - Fulfillment, distribution, Customer service , order management - Build campaigns and manage web calendar.
10%
Others - Manage on a daily basis track sales and review orders - Work closely with customers to ensure HD is providing brand equity. - Build up new channel and create category in white space
Qualification:
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred years of related experience: 5~8 years

Example:
- Demonstrated inventory management, customer service, and production forecasting skills
- Can prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines
Prefer more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce (Live-commerce experience is must)
Experience B2C / B2B sales with vendor operation (Sales channel development experience)
Keen analytical, Problem solving and organizational skills (Prefer trade marketing experience)
Good English speaking & writing
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
