Job DescriptionSales Management - Develop & management of Ecommerce strategic plan and initiative , to achieve the business target
- Achieve key accountabilities on distribution, out-of-stock, promotion, share of shelf, and overall improvement on customer & vendor relationships.
- Implement business strategies to achieve sales target and profitable business relationships with customers & vendor.
Business Activities - Build up Ecommerce business model that optimized for Bausch + Lomb
- Develop Price Strategies in Ecommerce market and carry out strict.
- Recruit talented Sales partners and strengthen their competitiveness.
Data analysis
- Account sales closing invoice tax, rebate and delivery fee and modify customer profile.
- Gathering and sharing market information, competitor’s activity and analyzing sales & POS data.
- Analysis all aspect of result, establish optimized action plan.
Job Requirements- A bachelor’s degree in related fields required.
- More than 5~10 years experienced Ecommerce channel in FMCG industry.
- Wholesaler experience in FMCG.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skill required.
- MS Office skill is required.
- 최근 2~3년 이상 이커머스 채널 직접 & 대리점 관리 경력 (쿠팡 직거래, 전 채널 경력 우대)
- FMCG 5~10년 온오프 세일즈 경력 (디지털 마케팅 추가 경력 우대)
