Job Responsibilities 

·        Manage User Requirement - Consult and collaborate with business users, modelers, and IT developers to understand business needs, objective, processes, requirements, and system infrastructure on retail model uses.

·        Manage Vendor – Review, evaluate & coordinate with vendor

·        Manage IT Project - Perform business analysis and user requirement studies and assist stakeholders to implement model uses by enhancing business process flow

o   Prepare or review documentation in the development cycle

o   Conduct UAT session & validate results by testing programs

o   Provide technical support and training to all internal users

·        Work with reginal users from Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong

Job Requirements

·        Mandatory: 5~7 years working experience with at least 4 years IT Project experience in FMCG or CPG Industry

·        Mandatory: 2 years experience in eCommerce

·        Mandatory: Good command of spoken and written English and Korean

·        Plus: Experience in SCRUM or other Agile methodology will be an advantage.

·        Plus: Experience of SAP ERP is an advantage

·        Plus: Experience of Social Media (Kakao Business Account)

·        Plus: Experience of Programming / Development

·        Demonstrate effective collaboration and analytical skills

·        Good team player with strong trouble shooting skills
