Responsibilities:

Meets or exceeds assigned sales budget
|
•
Achieves distribution, pricing and promotion objectives by channel and
customer
|
•
Manages SP budget to meet or exceed sales target while staying within budget
and policy guidelines
|
•
Accurately forecasts business
|
•
Manages expenses within company policy guidelines
|
•
Supports our 3rd party retail partner(Vendor, Distributor, Consignment
Agents)
|
•
Develops total understanding of the following: our customers’ business
environments and needs, our category and market, competitive strategy and HDK
internal operating policy and procedures
|
•
Develops long term relationships with customers’ key personnel, department
managers and functions through customer penetration
|
•
Demonstrates leadership abilities with accounts and peers
|
•
Communicates information and customer needs across the functions. Develops
customer business plans w/ long-term goals, strategies, and results
|
•
Considers the profit and volume implications of various alternatives to both
HDK and our customers
|
•
Proactively communicates and coordinates customer-specifics
|
|
|
Qualifications
|
•
Bachelor’s degree is required
|
•
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of increasing levels of sales responsibility in the
Food service channel is required
|
•
Experience with forecasting, trade spend, and sales analysis is a must
|
•
A broad knowledge of the HORECA customers or Food channel would be preferred
|
•
Working knowledge of direct sales, order management and logistics, food
service wholesalers, and HORECA. Ideally, the same broad knowledge of
internal functions, i.e., Business Planning, Customer Development and
Customer Service
|
•
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
|
•
E-commerce experiences prefer
|

Specific
Qualifications
|
•
Understanding and working experience in Food service channels.(Channel :
Hotel, Restaurant, Coffee, Catering, etc. )
|
•
Experience in develop new FS customer, Wholesaler, HORECA, Catering,
Specialty sales etc…
|
•
Franchise store expansion experience through agency/distributor.
