Support business strategy 

Responsibilities: 

-Developing, implementing and monitoring financial operating procedures

-Ensuring tax, statutory and other regulations compliance across all functions are met. 

-Management of the Finance function including management of cashflow, accounts payable and receivable 

-Management of budgeting and forecasting processes including monthly retail stores daily sales planning

-Management of business plans for new projects and 5 years business plan

-Management of Company specific and local month end reporting 

-Providing  direction, motivation and management of direct and indirect reports to build an engaged and effective team, 

management of Finance, IT & logistics work process
