본문Principal Accountabilities · Define brand value proposition to scout, attract and appoint best candidate dealers. · Co-ordinate the management of dealer appointments and changes to the network in the region, in conjunction with central ND, legal and compliance functions. · Define network development plans with new dealer candidates and manage follow-up. · For each province, assess market potential (whole goods and parts), propose solutions to revitalize or replace poor-performing dealers. · Define strategies to retain top performing dealers personnel and reduce turnover, improve dealer profitability and increase dealer engagement. · Manage and conduct the annual dealer audit process for Sales and follow-up and implement action plans · Define, implement, track (through dashboard reports) critical KPIs on dealers business operations and performance (sales, financials and after sales). · Manage the CSI & NPS for Sales, including follow-up and work with Customer Service on development opportunities identified as part of CSI & NPS Aftersales · Identify training needs for existing and new dealers: sales, after sales, systems and policies and drive implementation with local training counterparts. · Propose investment proposals and manage the according network budget and processes. · Align existing and new dealers to CI, tools, policies and procedures (sales and after sales) such as for example CRM, dealer portal, etc. Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Language’s · Commercial experience and profound understanding of market needs and expectations in respect of product, after sales support and distributor performance. · Thorough understanding of B2B selling, and distribution management. · Good understanding of business systems and processes. · High degree of competence with ITC and standard software applications. · Highly developed management, administrative and communication skills. · Minimum of five years’ experience in agricultural/construction equipment, commercial vehicle or closely related industry. · Minimum of five years’ experience with dealer or distributor management in the above or related industries. · Relevant degree in management, business administration, or marketing is required.
