담당업무

1. - Lead application programs; responsible for timing, quality and budget acc. project proposal for Korean Customer and Business; Management reporting and supervise project team to reach program targets

   - Lead pre-development & acquisition project to extend new business in Korea (Kick off, Customer interface, local engineering and commercials)

   - Transfer and advise project and process knowledge in details to the dedicated team (e.g. support localization, production ramp up, project status, etc.)

   - Guide project development accordance with Company policies and procedures, as described in Company´s PDP and PMP-Manual

   - Effective team management of a cross-functional project team, providing leadership for team member synergy, and minimization of functional conflict. Interfaces with peer managers, and central functions.

   - Maintains project reporting and tracking through system, including project requests, change requests and project closure requests. May require attendance at Headquarters to present projects to executives. Sets corrective actions and provides project leadership

   - Coordinate Company manufacturing, responsible for project launch, including ensuring launch readiness and that proper launch support has been defined and coordination of activities to close the launch, coordinating hand-over activities

   - Support strategy task of market analyses, customer strategy and promotion approach

자격요건

- 경력 5년 ~ 10년
- Min 5 years project management experience in Automotive Seat Industry - General project management skills, including planning, tracking, scope / change management.- Knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods- Soft skills; people skills / emotional intelligence, written and verbal communication,- Cross-cultural competences and open minded- Team management and leadership, problem solving, decision making and assertiveness.- Projecting reporting and investment planning
