As a market’s focal point for product owner committee within the
regional/ global, this role is responsible for providing market nuance and
insights to the regional/ global stakeholders to facilitate the requirement
discussion and prioritisation process
·Establish vision and roadmap for chanel.com in the market
·Responsible for prioritising projects and streamlining the execution
with excellent project management skills and keen business acumen
·Develop proposals for local initiative and communicate closely with
the global and regional stakeholders for realization of the project
·Lead initiatives in line with global/regional
security guidelines as well as local
·Lead roll-outs and execution of .com roadmap in local level across
divisions (Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry and Fragrance & Beauty)
·Lead enhancement projects and optimizations for .com from UX/CX POV
·Keep relevant divisional and corporate teams informed and fully
digested of Chanel.com status and initiatives

Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Work Experience
-Minimum 10 years of experience working in digital
marketing, platform development & operation (e.g. websites, app), and
E-Business environments with a focus digital platform
-Experience in working with customer experience/
web performance data tools to generate website experience insights
-The candidate should possess strong platform,
technology, analytical, and UX optimization experience with deep
understanding of the market’s digital media landscape
-Experience in working in Luxury brands is a plus
Required Competencies
-Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and
action plans based on relevant information including research and analytics
data
-Leadership, ownership, creativity, and proactive
attitudes to seek new vision and change initiatives
-Strong communication skills to coordinate with
internal stakeholders including Paris office and various divisions and
