·         Product manager in general hospitals, and also manage partners to cover semi-hospitals, and clinics where we do not cover by our sales force

·         Marketing planning and program implementation in line with marketing strategy

·         Develop mid-term strategy marketing plan and regular market analysis using IQVIA date

·         Proactive communication with sales force to increase HCPs and do field work to get market insights for developing strategy

·         Regular training for sales force to increase their knowledge about product, program, disease, and promotional aids

·         Develop creative promotional activities/materials in variety way

·         Be active to look for future growth area of responsible products

[Required Skills / Others]

·         Good interpersonal skills for communicating with customers and sales force

·         Well understanding healthcare system inside hospitals

·         High sense of market insights by reading market data

·         Good understanding of medical terminology mainly used in general hospitals

·         Competent with MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word) to prepare all related documents as a marketer

·         Open minded for feedback and ready to get adapted for new roles and changes

·         Preferred major: biology, microbiology, chemistry and pharmacology
