    Job Description 

     

    [Role & Responsibility]

     

    Management of Succession and Refinance Process

    ü  Approve the succession and refinance contract after confirming customer information and financial information’s correctness based on business polices and guidelines 

    ü  Regularly monitor original contract’s succession status and notify the relevant department of the list of original contract for non-received

    ü  Finalize FM commission list and request for a payment with a received invoice from a dealer

    ü  Ensure fully equipped documentation for contract validity

    ü  Solving problems and issues, which are related to succession and refinance contract activation process

    ü  Support performance analysis and report

    ü  Support to make sure succession / refinance process is up to date in working manual

     

    Optimize Succession and refinance business process and system

    ü  Cooperate with stakeholders to streamline succession and refinance process

    ü  Optimize system functions to ensure succession and refinance processes are accurately reflected on the system (Infinite, CAP POS, CMS)

    ü  Participate in project for succession and refinance part by analyzing and considering the characteristics of succession and refinance business process

    ü  Train detailed succession and refinance business process in the team and relevant stakeholders

     

    Communication & reporting

    ü  Communicate with FM, FA and RC for executing Succession and Refinance contracts

    ü  Communicate with relevant teams to make sure accurate information is managed

    ü  Support to embed customer centric mind-set to the team members

    ü  Responsible for reporting succession and refinance business part for Audit and external reporting.

     

    [Qualifications]

    Education: Minimum BA degree in Finance or equivalent

    Experience

    ü  Over 2 to 3 years of auto financial services industry experience preferred

    ü  Specific knowledge

    ü  Good command of both spoken and written English

    ü  Vendor management Skill

    ü  Problem solving and communication skill

    ü  Understanding of financial services products

    ü  Good understanding of IT systems
