Employee life cycle management - Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities. - Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (i.e. coaching, counselling, career development, etc.). - Closely work with management and employees to understand potential turnover issues and trends. - Provide advices and support on both proactive and preventive measures on employee retention and engagement. - Preparing all relevant HR letters / documents / certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management. 2. Recruitment - Work closely with business head to conduct manpower planning, identify and document people requirement. - Actively build candidate pipeline using various channels. - Manage the whole recruitment cycle from sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing candidates to offering. - Tracking and reporting monthly recruitment status. 3. Human Resource Database Management - Regularly updating headcount management system, personal database - Manage appraisal system - Preparing monthly HR report 4. Working on Year-end individual tax every year
