Key Accountabilities & KPI :

- Monitor and guide Sales/Marketing teams in accordance to laws/regulations
- Monitor and Report Competitor activity
- Monitor and analyze laws/regulations related to OBC and notify responsible departments
- Support and Guide External Communication
- Other government affairs activities where required(e.g. participate in industry-wide meetings with the government)

Qualification : 

- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Understanding the alcohol and liquor industry
- Knowledge and understanding of liquor tax laws / food advertisement and labelling laws/ health-related laws
- Various relationships and networks with government organizations
- Ability to analyze information related to alcohol and liquor industry
- A deep understanding of the sales business
- Logical / communication skills to persuade stakeholders
- Moral transparency
- Ability to make objective judgments
- Good English skills

Position Experience
- Experience in planning, analyzing Policy
- Experience in communicating with key stakeholders (government, NA, etc)

Preferred Industry if any
- Full of experience in National assembly
- Full of experience in corporate and government affairs in other industry

Preferred Character if any
- Open minded and humble attitude with excellent communication skills
