- Supervise team members and assign team members for projects and responsibilities - Responsible for planning resources, budget and activities according to business plan, strategy and realize results according to plan - Ensure team performance development by implementing his/her career path, training - Pursue appropriate team or organization setup according to business environment - Ensure company project management process, guidelines, and principles - Ensure implementation of agreed customer requirements - Negotiate and/or align with customer for product specification - Promote company electronics expertise through project work - Monitor Korean automotive technology trend in electronics segment - Responsible to align the regional electronics department with the functional responsibility in the headquarters
Requirements
- More than 10 years’ experience in automotive body electronics - Embedded micro controller systems in automotive applications - Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Architectures in cars - Automotive general ECU requirements - Specialized testing skill/knowledge for automotive electronics - Fluent in English / Japanese would be plus
