-Assign projects to the members in the STAT department and manage the projects.
-Provide positive client relations support.
-Provide statistical expertise and leadership to project teams, including, but not limited to: protocol development, analysis plan development, programming advice and support and other duties that may arise.
-Serve as a liaison between statistics and other departments at HERINGS
-Provide scientific expertise in a variety of areas such as applied statistics, study design, study protocol development including SAP, SAR and other areas if needed
-Provide statistical consulting services for customers both internal and external to HERINGS
-Provide marketing support for statistics as needed
자격요건
-M.S. or higher degrees in biostatistics or equivalent training and experience
-At least 5 years of experience in clinical research industry
-Excellent understanding of bio-medical statistics for clinical research
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent programming skills and good knowledge of statistical analysis software such as SAS, STATA, R, etc.
