n  Navigate new data domains quickly and understand the underlying business problems.

n  Build dashboards to support the goals of the business.

n  Conduct advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends and patterns, and measure performance.

n  Develop metrics and measure the success and adoption of product features.

n  Extract actionable insights by analyzing large, complex customer behavior data sets.

n  Create customer segmentation leveraging propensity models to enable targeting of offers, experiences based on user attributes and optimize marketing spend.

n  Clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analysis to a broad audience.

n  Take the lead on building a scalable data stack.

 

l  자격요건

n  Ability to operate individually and cross-functionally with minimal handholding.

n  5+ years of professional experience as a data analyst.

n  Fluent English communication skills (writing and verbal).

n  Expert in SQL, data collection & instrumentation, data modeling & transformation, and visualization & reporting.

n  Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).

n  Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.).

n  Experience with working in SaaS—at the intersection of product and business.

n  Foreigners: Fluent Korean communication skills (writing and verbal)

n  Proficient with programming languages like R or Python.
